From time to time we get asked questions about our products, shipping and what the winning lottery numbers will be (just kidding, if we knew we promise we'd tell you though). In order to try and make your shopping experience with The Peanut Man as straight-forward as possible we have compiled a list of our most frequent questions. If you don’t see the answer you are looking for, we welcome your questions. Please feel free to email or call, and we will get back to you faster than you can crack a peanut.

Shipping

Can’t make it into one of our stores? No problem! We are able to ship to our customers 5 days a week. Be sure to read the information below to ensure that your products are received in the best condition possible (and don’t melt on your doorstep…wouldn’t that be sad?!).

Warm Weather Shipping

When you order chocolate and it’s warm outside (over 73 degrees Fahrenheit) special handling is required in order to ensure that your items are received in good condition. We use gel ice packs (see additional charges), and require 2 day (or less) delivery periods.

Shipping Policies

We normally ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, but due to temperatures varying across the country we may choose to not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. If you need Saturday or Sunday delivery please contact us so we can discuss your options.

Our shipping prices are based on weight and distance. Add the Item to your Cart to check estimated shipping costs. To gain more accurate shipping information create an account and add a shipping address.

Holiday Deadlines

Most orders placed before 12:00PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 12:00PM (Eastern Time), please allow 24 hours for processing.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept addresses that are FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes.

Returns

It is just as important to us as it is to you that you are satisfied with your order as we pride ourselves on delivering only the best possible products to you.

If for any reason your order arrives damaged or missing items we will make every effort to replace it, or you will receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of any problems you encounter at the earliest opportunity.
